Tom is a treasure. Got 200 people fed for less than half what other places quoted us, food was hot and good, his crew set up and broke down themselves. He took two weeks to email me back the first time which scared me but every event we’ve done with him since (3 now) has been totally smooth on the day. Just call him instead of emailing.

Great value, food was solid B+. Got our 110-person team-build done for budget. The 4-star (not 5): the dessert was a basic sheet cake from a grocery store and Tom was upfront about that being the budget option, but I’d suggest spending an extra few hundred on a real dessert if you’re doing a corporate thing where appearance matters. Otherwise — really good value.

Tried to book Cascadia for our wedding — Tom replied 4 days later and said “I don’t do weddings” and recommended Salish Spread instead, which we ended up booking and were thrilled with. The 3-star is for response time (lost time on our planning), but the recommendation was correct. If you’re planning a wedding, just go straight to one of the wedding caterers; if you’re not — Tom’s great.
