Big-group catering, focused on value. 20-guest minimum for drop-off, 40 for full-service. Up to 300 with my full crew.

Big buffet (75-300 guests)

Typical pricing: $22–$32/person

This is the bread and butter. Choose three proteins (chicken, pulled pork, roasted beef, vegetarian option, etc.), three sides, salad, rolls, dessert. Hot buffet line with sterno chafers. Disposable plates and utensils included.

Min 75 guests. Up to 300 with my full crew. Lead time 5 days, more if you want fancier dishes.

Drop-off catering

Typical pricing: $14–$22/person

Half-pan or full-pan trays of hot food, plus salad and rolls on the side. Disposable serving utensils. We deliver and set up; you handle the rest.

This is the cheapest way to feed a crowd. Min 20 guests.

Full-service buffet

Typical pricing: $26–$40/person

Same buffet menu options as our drop-off and big-buffet services, but with event-day staff (1 server per 50 guests, plus a captain for events 100+). We handle setup, service, refresh, and breakdown.

Min 40 guests.

Holiday parties (budget)

Typical pricing: $28–$42/person

Holiday-themed buffet — turkey or ham, mashed potatoes, green-bean casserole, rolls, pumpkin pie. Or whatever your group celebrates — we’ll adapt the menu. Lead time 14 days for December slots.
